1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✅ The return request is made within 2 days of delivery.
✅ The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
✅ You received the wrong product.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened products.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

🔹 Approved Refunds: Processed within 6-7 business days to your original payment method.
🔹 Rejected Returns: If the product does not meet return criteria, we will notify you, and no refund will be issued.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
